Early today, are you going to the game?
Exile, I will be very interested to hear your impressions.
My first game was Newcastle before Christmas. I almost hate to say it, but I really had a great time and I was up the back, row 66. It is not Upton Park, but it is good. I go to the Camp Nou quite a bit, I also sit high up as I am a bit tight and the views etc. between the 2 stadiums are very similar. For me the sad part is that it is a long walk in the middle of nowhere. Add to that you are kind of guided through a soulless stop start walk and compare it to the walk along Green Street and think of the businesses bust it is very sad. Captainblueandclaret is right about that.

Nurse, very true.
Reminds me of one time I was at Upton Park in seats closeish to the pitch and no need for binoculars. Then at half time on came the hammeretts and the dirting bugger next to me got out a very powerful pair of binoculars to watch them!
I nearly fell down laughing.

Another week another huge match, hopefully we have enough to do a proper job on them so we can start looking up the table instead of the bottom 3. Be nice if some refereeing decisions went our way this time around.
Wilson should get a decent amount of shit today.

As usual, I don't know what to expect today. Unbeaten in 6, yet we managed to lose to Newcastle with a woeful defensive display, after some epic defensive displays.
It felt like we should have lost comfortably at Bournemouth yet nearly won, and I wasn't able to relax at Huddersfield until the 4th went in........
But........2-1 to us, with P scoring the winner.
